Survey Results

This survey was made available to all full-time and partial-load members of  Local 415 ( professors, instructors, counsellors, and librarians) for a two week period in March 2009. People could respond either on-line or by hard copy.

A total of 95 people submitted responses and they were from the following areas:

– Business   16

– Counseling/Librarians   7

-Health and Community Studies  17

– Hospitality and Tourism   4

– Media and Design   11

– Part Time Studies  2

– Perth   2

– Pembroke    3

Survey Questions

Four questions were asked of Faculty:

1. Would the extension of evening hours positively or negatively affect your day-time program?

2.How would the quality of education for your day-time students be affected by evening hours?

3.Would your personal life be negatively or positively enhanced by having to teach in the evening?

4.Do you have any other concerns about evening teaching?
