The Local 415 Full-Time/Partial-Load (FT/PL) Demand-Set Meeting will take place on Thursday, November 5, from 12 to 2 pm. Find a copy of the meeting agenda here.
Following the recent bargaining survey distributed to all CAAT-A members, our Local meeting is the next step in the 2027 CAAT-A collective bargaining process for FT/PL members. If you are OTFT, you may be in the unique position of participating in both the FT/PL, as well as the PT/SL Demand-Set Meetings. The sign up details below are only for FT/PL sign ups; a separate email will be sent to PT/SL for that Demand Set meeting.
At the Nov. 5 meeting, you will hear from a member of the Bargaining Team, and the discussion will be guided by results from the bargaining survey for our Local. This is your final chance to have a direct say in which workplace issues are prioritized this round.
How to register: Follow this link and answer some qualifying questions to register.
Format: The meeting will be hybrid. You can join in person in Room B319 or online.
Start thinking about your priorities: The bargaining survey identified employment stability, workload, and compensation and benefits as the three most important themes for FT and PL faculty at Algonquin College. How would you like these to be addressed in the collective agreement? Come ready to share the issues that matter most to you.
Be sure to join us and make your voice count.
