All full-time and partial-load professors, instructors, counsellors, and librarians at Algonquin are members of the bargaining unit for which the Ontario Public Service Employees Union (OPSEU) is the legal bargaining agent.
OPSEU Local 415 proudly represents approximately 900 full-time and partial-load academic employees at Algonquin College. This group consists of full-time (FT) and partial-load (PL) professors and instructors, counsellors, and librarians.
