Have you registered for the Partial-Load Registry this year? As a Partial-Load member you must ensure that your name is entered/re-entered onto the Partial Load Registry for the Academic Year 2025-26 by APRIL 30, 2025 – there are no exceptions for late registration.
To apply for the Partial-Load Registry, click here and fill out the form controlled by Algonquin College’s Human Resources Department.
The benefits of being on the Registry include ensuring that you have priority access for teaching the courses which you have previously taught. This was a hard-fought for win from the 2017 strike, and you are strongly encouraged to take part in it. To qualify, you are currently, or were in Fall 2024 a Partial-Load member. In addition, according to the Collective Agreement 26.10 E, you qualify if you have “previously been employed as a partial-load employee for at least eight (8) months of service as defined in 26.10 C within the last four (4) academic years”.
