Is your work precarious? Worried about job security and wages?
Imagine having the protection of a Collective Agreement for Part-Time and Sessional Faculty.
Save the date: Wednesday, November 4th, 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Join us for the Local 415 PT/SL Demand-Setting Meeting. Part-time and Sessional Counsellors, Librarians, Instructors, and Professors will come together to discuss and vote on their priority demands for the first Collective Agreement for this division. The PT/SL Bargaining Team is currently negotiating, and it will bring your priorities to the table.
Make sure your voice counts
If you’re a Part-Time or Sessional Faculty member at Algonquin College, you’re already part of OPSEU/SEFPO Local 415. To activate your full membership rights and vote in important union decisions, you need to complete your Electronic Membership Form (EMF): https://hub03.opseu.org/Forms/emaweb
Already signed your EMF? Thank you! Please pass it on to your colleagues so they can take part too. Anyone who has worked as a Part-Time or Sessional Professor, Instructor, Librarian, or Counsellor at Algonquin College in the past year should activate their PT/SL membership.
