At the OPSEU’s Got Talent Night at the OPSEU Convention in Toronto, Algonquin’s Carolyn Cote and her band “Arms of the Girl” wowed the audience as the Region 4 ( Eastern, Ontario) representatives.  The four-piece band using electric/acoustic combination quickly caught everyone’s attention with their energetic rendition of All Up to You Now, a country/rock ballad that had feet stomping and hands clapping. The crowd gave them a standing ovation. The judges found them “so energetic”,”really gratifying” and they “loved their passion”.
