All Local 415 members are invited to drop by our union office (A207a) on Tuesday, February 6 between 12-6 to discuss any questions related to your workload, whether you have a SWF or other workload, including contracts. Do your class size projections line up with your actual class sizes? Have you wondered about the factors for preparation and evaluation? Do you have a sense of what work is to be recorded on the back of your SWF? Do you have questions about the workload or contract you’ve received?
Stop by next Tuesday for a chat and refreshments. We will have information to help you learn more about workload expectations—SWFs, workloads, and contracts. You will meet LEC members who will be happy to talk to you and answer any questions you might have about workload and/or the bargaining process that is about to resume.
We look forward to seeing you on the 6th.
