This message is specifically for members who have excess vacation leave.
We are aware that all members who have excess vacation leave have been asked to prepare a plan that would see all excess vacation leave used by June 2012.
Some members who have complied and prepared a plan to draw down their excess vacation leave have had their plans approved. However, we are also aware that others have had their plans rejected by their respective managers. We sought advise on the matter, and we would be happy to advise any member about how to respond to the rejections. Please contact the union office at 7716.
