The bargaining team is recommending a no vote on February 10. However before the vote on management’s final offer on February 10, we request you review two documents.
1. A ten-page analysis by the bargaining team of what management’s offer represents here. and
2. A 28-page detailed analysis by Darryl Bedford, the Chief Steward of the Fanshawe College union local on how management’s offer would affect your workload. It is one of the clearest and most thorough documents to date, and it is a must read here.
After reading these two documents, you will be making a very informed choice on February 10, 2010.
