Attached here and here are the Union’s proposals tabled with the Employers Council today. There is a covering three- page overview which captures the 28 demands passed at the provincial demand setting meeting, and a 14 page document which provides draft contract language to achieve those demands.

The colleges have not yet provided an electronic version of their non-monetary proposals which they have tabled. The colleges will not table their monetary proposals until later in the negotiations process. Monetary proposals include salary and benefits.

The faculty team has not yet tabled a salary proposal but has advised the college that our proposal will be in keeping with the Ontario comparator group settlements and on-going negotiations.

As soon as we receive an electronic version of the employers’ opening proposals we will forward that to you.

In solidarity,

The Bargaining Team
